As gifted educators, our goal isn’t to keep students busy. Our goal is to create classrooms where students think deeply, take intellectual risks, receive meaningful feedback, and become owners of their own learning.

Educational researcher John Hattie analyzed thousands of educational studies involving millions of students to answer one important question:

What has the greatest impact on student learning?
